Poisonous Sprays, 1962

The National Council ofWomen in Conference assembled, urges the Minister of Agriculture to introduce legislation to prevent the widespread use of poisonous insecticides and weedkillers as they consider them to be dangerous to the health of the nation. The use of these poisonous sprays has already been forbidden in Canada and New Zealand as traces have been found in milk and meat.

Held in abeyance as from the Annual General Meeting in 1988
