The National Council of Women, aware of the need to support the production of sustainable carbon-free energy for the UK, urges HM Government: (a) to promote this from viable natural sources giving due regard to environmental impact; and, with reference to the Severn Estuary, to include for further consideration, along with the other five schemes, the Tidal Reef option.
