Submitted by: ICW Committee of GB

The National Council of Women in Conference assembled urges HM Government, in working towards implementation of the Human Rights Act 1998 and in planning new initiatives for the 21st century, to involve educational institutions, employers and voluntary organisations in order to achieve a better understanding of the principles of human rights, and the need for racial tolerance and full equality between women and men.   Reaffirmed 2001, 2006
