The National Council of Women in Conference assembled urges HM Government to encourage local authorities to set up in residential areas, where appropriate, “˜Home Zones’ with low traffic speeds, pedestrian areas and design features to emphasis a change in priority from vehicles to pedestrians and cyclists.
