The National Council of Women in Conference assembled: (i) welcomes the recommendations in the First Report (January 1995) of the Government Panel on Sustainable Development; and (ii) calls upon HM Government to give high priority to the implementation of those recommendations dealing with: (a) ozone depletion; (b) conservation of the marine environment; (c) environmental education and training.
