The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, while appreciating the Ministry of Transport‘s efforts to minimize road accidents by every means possible, urges that steps be taken to make compulsory much higher standards of illumination and effectiveness for bicycle lamps, especially red rear lights and reflectors.
