The National Council of Women of Great Britain in Conference assembled urges Her Majesty’s Minister for Housing and Local Government to extend the right to adequate compensation to all owners of properties that suffer depreciation as a result of proposed developments or road improvement schemes.  This would encourage good planning, relieve hardship, obviate opposition and reduce costs and delay in Courts of Enquiry.
