The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, calls upon HM Government to seek to exempt from EU registration requirements the sale of non-commercial seed tubers and seeds in small quantities for the private consumer and small grower, thereby ensuring a wide diversity of plant varieties as desired by the leisure and organic gardeners in the UK.
