The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, concerned at the threatened closures of marriage advisory and conciliation services owing to shortage of funds, and mindful of the cost to the community of the escalating numbers of divorces, urges Her Majesty’s Government to make adequate funds available for the improvement and development of these services.
