The National Council of Women in Conference Assembled, in acknowledging the overwhelming support for the setting up of the Family Court, urges the Lord Chancellor to expedite a timetable for its introduction to replace the present unsatisfactory civil court structures and to provide for the conciliation and support services necessary.
