The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, aware of the danger to young people highlighted by the abortive 1975 G L C Motion to abandon its film-viewing powers in relation to adults, urges HM Government to introduce legislation to bring censorship into line with that of our European Partners by constituting a Board of Film Censors with statutory powers.
