The National Council of Women welcomes Her Majesty’s Government’s new policy of support for regional museum hubs, urges the Government to extend the support given so far, so that the whole country may benefit, and requests the Government when creating new policies for education and local government to consider carefully how these will affect museums so that they support and do not undermine the benefits which have been provided.
