The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, urges Her Majesty’s Government to amend the Town and Country Planning Acts by making it obligatory for persons seeking planning permission to provide proof at the time planning application is made, and again if there is any amended application, that individual householders who would be affected by such planning have already been informed in writing.
