The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, urges Her Majesty’s Government to request all Local Authorities to make available in holidays and after-school hours, buildings, playgrounds and playing fields, so that activities, adequately supervised by play leaders and other responsible people, may be provided for all children of school age.
