The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, concerned about the lack of inexpensive accommodation for young people, particularly in big cities, urges Her Majesty’s Government to encourage Local Authorities to support Housing Associations and other voluntary bodies in their efforts to provide housing and care for young people – using unoccupied housing wherever available.
