The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, urges the Department of the Environment to encourage Local Authorities to consult local organizations associated with the disabled, whenever planning applications are received for new buildings or adaptations to existing buildings used by the public, so that the facilities therein can be enjoyed by all members of the community.
