The National Council of Women of Great Britain in Conference assembled deprecates the number of third-party adoptions, and in view of the unsatisfactory results of many of them:  Urges Her Majesty’s Government to make a further thorough investigation of the present position with a view to amending the law and legal regulations governing third-party adoptions.
