Bearing in mind that the 1982 International Council of Women Triennial Conference was greatly concerned with the needs of women in developing countries and that the keynote speech was given by the co-ordinator of the Voluntary Fund for the UN Decade for Women, The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, urges Her Majesty’s Government to pledge further financial support for this Fund
