Water content in meat, 1981

The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, urges the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to ban the use in fresh meat of Polyphosphates, Protein Isolates and other substances in solution, which, when injected, would have the effect of increasing the water content of the meat; or the use of any other treatment which would increase the water content.
