The National Council of Women is aware of the work being undertaken internationally and within Europe towards (a) the greater participation of women in all forms of decision-making, and (b) the more equal presentation of women’s views on issues that affect the population as a whole, urges Her Majesty’s Government to accelerate and promote measures in support of these objectives, to ensure the full and equal representation of women’s views at every level of decision-making within the United Kingdom.
