The National Council of Women in Conference assembled, aware of some adverse comments concerning the treatment of those health problems specifically confined to women, which have highlighted the shortcomings within the health care programme, urges the Department of Health and Social Security to consider whether the special needs of women could be better met by the establishment of Women’s Health Clinics, within existing centres.
